Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: Yes, We are factory, all machine are made by ourselves and we can provide customize service according to your requirement.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 1-3 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 3-7 days if the goods are not in stock but popular types (it is according to order quantity also). For customized machine not more than 1 month usually.
Q:What about your warranty?
A: Our warranty is 1 year at least; all machine part can be replaced for free within 1 year if broken (not including human error).
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: Amount<=5000USD, 100% in advance;
Amount>=5000USD, 50% T/T in advance, balance before shipment for our types machine;
Amount>=30000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment for our types machine;
Amount>=10000USD customized machine, 50% T/T in advance, balance before shipment;
Amount>=100000USD business or our agent, accept 70% T/T + L/C at sight.
Q: Is there any installation direction after we received the machine?
A: Yes, we have a professional technical team and warm after service. We will solve any problem you meet during the installation and packing production in time.
Q: Is there any ensurance to guarantee my order from your company?
A: We accept on-site inspection once your confirmed your intention to order. And will provide any certificate you need.
